Tyrell
Dueck came home to Saskatchewan on Tuesday, April 20, 1999. If you saw an 11:00 pm
Canadian news broadcast that evening you would have seen an airport awash with balloons,
banners and lots of friends and family on hand to welcome Tyrell home. It would seem from the media coverage that Tyrell has made progress during his three week stay at the American Biologics Hospital in Tijuana. He is apparently pain free and his tumour is reduced significantly. As reported in the National Post (one of Canada's National newspapers) Tyrell will continue on a regimen of vitamins and a special diet before going back to Mexico for a six-month checkup.
